Cancellation Policy
Reschedules with a 48+ notice can use their original deposit to rebook within 30 days of original appointment. Reschedules that do not have a 48 hour notice will forfeit their original deposit, and will have to send a new one in order to reschedule their appointment. Cancellations forfeit their deposit and must send a new one to reschedule. No Call no shows will forfeit their deposit and will be banned from any future bookings in shop and events. No exceptions.
